Spring is Finally Here!

Yes...spring is here!

I have been playing with some spring décor ideas and made a few quick snaps on my phone to share with you.

This is a new planter/bowl that I found in Lexington last week.

When I bought it I was not sure what I was going to put in it... but I knew that I would come up with something.

I was drawn to it because it looked like ironstone.

I put some sprays of lime tulips in my planter and voila!

Who remembers these chicks from last year?

I had trouble locating my spring/Easter décor then I finally found it with the Christmas tubs. ha ha.

I went around the house adding eggs to various containers.

My last project, on Saturday, was to tinker with a tiered tray that my soon to be daughter-in-law gave me at Christmas.

I am not satisfied with my display but I will work on it more over this week. I filled the tiers with this and that, plus lots of cute little eggs.

One more thing...

Come celebrate a Spring Tablescape Blog Hop with a group of talented bloggers this week and see the fun tablescapes we have created for you.

There will be lots of ideas and inspiration for you. It begins on Monday...and I will be sharing my tablescape on Tuesday.

After the long cold days of winter let us entertain you with some ideas to dress your tables for spring.

  4. I also like the server/planter. I want you to know that I really love the pink flowers just above your photo (in green) - they look like a water color!

  5. I love your easter eggs everywhere! I think the clear jar is my favorite even though it was the simplest. Probably why I love it so much! The planter is gorgeous and the lime tulips work so perfectly with everything.
