Pecan Pie

This is the easiest Pecan Pie ever
It is listed on the back of the Karo Syrup bottle.
I found out that that is the best and easiest...for me.
Also...if you want to add a little "Kentucky" touch, add no more than one Tablespoon, a splash, of Kentucky Bourbon. My recommendation is Maker's Mark. The alcohol basically cooks out...but that flavor is wonderful! You will want to  hide this from friends and family and keep it for yourself. Enjoy!
Pecan Pie
1 cup white Karo syrup
1 1/2 cups pecans
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs (beaten)
1 t vanilla
1/2 t salt

Mix ingredients. Bake in pie crust at 325 for 50 minutes.

I have more sure to check back from time to time.
